AWATING A PRODUCT FOR THE PAST MONTH

I am really disappointed, reason being is: i have ordered a product from homemark "igia curlicue" on the 14 May 2013... but to date have not recieved my product. i have tried calling homemark in which i was informed that the product will be arriving in 3 weeks time ..it has already been 3 weeks and still i have not received anythin. when we order things on the internet the money has to be paid first before homemark even knows if they have the product or not which i think is really wrong. before putting anything on the website please check if the product is in stock. this is really disappointing. I called again last week thursday the 13/06/2013 to which i was informed i will receive my product on wednesday the 19/06/2013. i called again this morning 20/06/2013 and i was informed once again the i will receive my product tomorow afternoon or monday morning. Homemark has been giving me the run around and this is not acceptable at all... they are very quick to ask for payment but dont want to deliver goods on time. i am a regular customer on the online shopping but now i am having 2nd thoughts of ever purchasing from homemark again!!!
