On the 27th of June, I ordered 2 items telephonically from Homemark (H2O Steam FX, Flip Jack Pan) and the money was deducted from my account the same day, with a message that said to expect delivery in 7-14 working days. On the 23rd of July, I had not yet received my products and contacted them to find out what was happening. I was then informed that those products were O/S and that I have been refunded on July 3. I went to my bank (Nedbank) to enquire, and the consultant told me no funds were received and no funds are pending from Homemark. Homemark was asked to fax proof of refund, but no fax was received.
