Sorry, there is nothing we can do!

I have my Swatch watch for less than 3 months. It is a silver slim-skin swatch that cost me in the region of R1000. The screen cracked and I went to the store just to be told that it is a sealed unit and there is nothing they can do?? I would definitely not have bought a swatch watch if I have to despose of it in 3 months!!
