I'm very disappointed that your delivery service levels for online customers has dropped significantly.
The last time I ordered online from Homemark was on the 16th February 2013 it was a Saturday, delivery took place on Monday 18th February, this time round I ordered on the 17th January and it is now the 22nd January but still no delivery, one working days versus the fourth working day is quite a dropped in delivery times.
I expect delivery to be prompt especially when I have to pay R55 per delivery.
