SilkySox from Homemark - only one sock

I bought the Homemark SilkySox product from Game in Rosebank. When I opened the box I found that it had only one sock in the box. I phoned immediately the customer care numbers on the box, surprise surprise the numbers are not working, it is printed as 27 430 6000 (not working because of no area code) on the box and on the warranty it is printed as 011 430 8000 (no not working) Then some where in the text it referred to 011 430 6000. I eventual got hold of the call centre on 011 430 6000. I told the person on the call centre amount the incorrect number on the box and the number printed on the warranty card and she told me I must use my common sense to work out the number. Then when I asked her to replace the product because of only 1 sock, she told me that they don't have any delivery vans because they make use of retail distribution networks. She referred me to shopping centres that are not close to my home, and I don't see why I must spend money on travelling cost for a mistake made by Homemark! I received a reference no: 987859 on 25/03/2013 and was told that they will get back to me within 48-72 hours. Today, 07/04/2013 no reply yet!!!
