Customer service means nothing

I Ordered some things from Homemark. after 5 days I called to find out where my delivery was and they told me that it would be another week. I told them that is unacceptable and the deliver time stated was 3-5 days. They eventually made a plan to get the goods to me but one of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock. So there were to refund me. I was told that it would take 3-5 days for the refund to be in my account by cher. We are now sitting in the 9th working day and I am still waiting for my refund. I try mailing but receive no answer. I try calling but no one answers the phone.
I just want my goods or my refund this is not hard to understand.
