I purchased goods from the branch on Saturday, which the promised they will deliver. On Sunday I went back as the store has no stock that after I have paid for the goods. I ask to be refunded cash or by EFT but they insist to refund my card. I called today as the money does not appear in my bank. Jarome told me that it will take between 4 and 5 working days.
I think it is totally unacceptable as Hirsch is sitting with my money which I paid in good faith for goods I was told they have stock off.
This will be the last I will ever sit foot in any Hirsch shop, but I know you don't care. What is 1 unhappy client.
