Returning goods and no refund

I have return goods that I have received from Homemark in January. According to their return policy you can return goods within 7 days. I have return the goods the next day after I have received the goods. From then I have heard nothing from Homemark. I have followed up with them every week but every time the call centre promise that they will phone me back and nobody phones back. This happens in January and until now I did not receive my refund from Home mark. I'm really frustrated because they promise they will follow up on my problem and phone back but until now I have no response from Homemark.
