Homemark - No refund for returned goods

Mr Hugh Lionnet ordered a cell phone on the Homemark Direct mail order on the 23rd may 2012.and paid for this telephone R313.74. The phone was delivered and because Mr Lionnet is not a young person and did not understand the telephone he returned the telephone on the 4th June 2012. He received a Return slip as proof that the item was returned. He has been phoning Homemark as he did not receive his refund. When he eventually gets through to the number and he states the reason for his call they disconnect the call. Mr Lionnet has been phoning non stop until yesterday without any joy. This is now going on for nearly a year without any joy. Is there away this can be resovled?
