I ordered and paid for my product on 23 August 2013. I was supposed to get delivery with overnight delivery. When I did not receive my goods. I called the company and Michelle informed my that they were out of stock of the product I ordered and that the stock will only arrive in the country within 12 working days. After the 12 working days I still did not get any delivery and was told that stock has not been cleared at customs yet. On the 10 October 2013 I received an email saying that delivery are scheduled for 16 October 2013 between 9 and 12 in the afternoon. I phoned Michelle on 15 October 2013 just to confirm whether delivery is still on schedule. Until now I still did not get any delivery and refund. They don't answer their telephone or any of my emails.
