I ordered 2 washer pumps from this supplier on 12/01/2014. Items were marked as "In stock" on website. I followed up the following day to see when the items would be delivered as they were time critical to me. Supplier responded saying they would try to get them delivered by the following day. This never happened. I then tried to chase the supplier for 3 subsequent days, only to be finally told (on 16/01/2014) that they can't deliver the items and they will refund me. As of today (21/01) no refund has been processed against my card. As things stand the merchant has R588.00 from me, after misrepresenting the availability of goods.
Be very wary of dealing or purchasing from this supplier.
