On Friday 1st March 2013 at 12:45 I paid a visit to the Billabong store at Liberty Midlands Mall. Upon entering the store, I was met by three sales persons.
I told them "I know this may sound vulgar to you, but do you stock ecko branded clothing? " The salesman in front response was "No sir, we only stock Billabong." I than asked him, "Do you have any full graphics t-shirts." His response was "No sir". The cashier then replied "Why don't you try edgars, they stock ecko? ". My response was "No, edgars doesn't have full graphics ecko shirts." Sabilo then into the conversation with a condescending tone and says "Why don't you try asmalls in town? ", I replied "No, I don't shop in central town." Sabilo then says "Why don't you try eddies or one of the side lanes in town? " I replied "No". The cashier then attempted to hush him up but failed to do so. She the asked me "Did you try the ecko shop? " The salesman in front responded "No, the ecko shop closed down.". Sabilo then turned to me and said "It's because you were the only one shopping there." Feeling insulted and holding back my anger at the rude salesman Sabilo, I replied "Thank you" and walked out the store.
