I wish to alert the general public about my negative experience at the Centurion pro shop clearance store.
On Sunday the 6th October 2013 I visited the pro shop clearance store in centurion to purchase some golf apparel. I purchased two golf T-Shirts from the Centurion Pro Shop clearance store. When I reached home I noticed that the magnetic security tag was still attached to the one t-shirt.
I sent an SMS to the salesman at the Clearance store to inform him about the situation. This was his exact response:
"HI, I am sorry for the inconvenience, we normally use another magnet to remove the one on the garment. But one can also cut it off if you have a strong enough scissor. If you don't come right you can bring it back to the store and I will remove it for you"
The fact that the salesman could actually recommend I cut the tag off with a scissors is preposterous as it seems impossible to do so without damaging the garment!
I purchased the t-shirts from the clearance store at a reduced rate to save some money!
The Pro Shops negligence is a time-consuming and costly matter which negates any savings I may have managed to gain on the t-shirt!
