BILLABONG PAVILLION - FEEBACK PLEASE

My boyfriend handed in a watch to the Billabong store at Pavillion on the 01.05.2013 and was advised that the battery replacement process would take aprox - 3weeks. The store assistant advised that she would contact us when the battery was replaced.

We have made 4 trips to the store and each time we were met with a different excuse as to why we were not contacted with feedback (store stock take etc.)We have left both our details with the assistant on the 4th visit and have since had no reply.

After trying to call the store number this morning for the 10th time I decided to call the Pavillion Center Management to find out if the store number.

I have just been advised that store has closed down, with no details of where or how to collect the repaired watch.
Any feedback from the Billabong store would be appreciated!
