In december 2012, i and my sister went to lewis store at phumulani to buy a new kitchen and a bed. one of the consultant assisted us and promised that our goods will be delivered at our home town in limpopo (Ga-Mampa) within 24 to 72 hours. We paid them cash and also a delivery fee, Its March now and the goods havent been delivered. Is this how you treat your first customers? is this the kind of service we must expect from you when we think of buuying a furniture for our homes. Since i requested my sister to buy the goods for me, I now request a refund so that i can go to other furniture stores whereby they will deliver on time. We are tired of coming there to ask you on when will it be delivered but getting excuses for the past three. Before calling me or my sister, please be in a process of refunding my sister my money as i need it to go to other stores. Your service is very very very poor. as i am ready with my banking details to have that money be deposited into our acc.
