Thursday, 28 March, me and my two friends went shopping at 'Cotton On' in Kolonade Shopping Mall. There was a special that read : ''3 shirts for R250'' at the specific clothing rack. We chose 3 shirts from that rack that was on special and when we wanted to pay, the manager explained that one of the shirts were on ''another special''and that it did not count as one of the shirts that was on sale, even though it came from the rack that said ''3 shirts or R250''. Already annoyed with the bad store managing we picked another shirt and the same thing happened. After the 3rd shirt we tried to pay for, that ''didn't count'' but was from the specific rack we questioned the manager about the poor store management and he was arrogant and sarcastic. We asked him if he has ever received a ''hello peter'' complaint and he replied sarcastically that we should do what we want to and he doesn't care. After that the system went 'off' and we had to wait another while. After yesterday's experience I will never buy from that shop again because of the poor management and the attitude of the manager. He didn't even say sorry for his poor store. He has a bad attitude and is a horrible manager.
