Its amazing how once something is purchased everything becomes your problem. i bought a fridge from Hirsch nearly 2 months ago. it was delivered a day late - no problem, there was a dent in it - no problem. i then noticed that the kick plate was broken, the guys who delivered the fridge said that in the next 48 hours it would be fixed. I also asked the guys if they could join my fridge and freezer, their response was that it would be done when the kick plate was delivered. My frigde is a Samsung fridge, who Hirsch's very kindly put me in contact with. i am now dealing with customer care Samsung who i did not even purchase my fridge from... Samsung has just cancelled my repair request. AMAZING. Come on Hirsch do your job and get onto this sorted out. i have spoken to my sales consultant, the branch manager and i now want to SCREAM. Patience is certainly a vertue.
