POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FEED BACK

So i purchased a Defy CF210 Freezer on the 19/12/12 from Hirsch DURBAN The first complaint was reported on the 19/2/13 unit was not freezing and just cooling. A technician then came out on the 20/2/13Mr V Pillay and replaced a apparently faulty/burnt out Compressor. The unit worked fine until i noticed water on the floor around the freezer, this was reported on the 28/2/13. A technician came over and as per his job card i quote 'Rest stat and lid'
My freezer was then picked up for testing by one of Hisch's technician Mr V Pillay on the 8/3/13.A few days passed with no feedback at all so i decided to give them a call to find out whats the problem, i called in and spoke to a lady by the name of Chinelle from Hirsch that THE freezer was under going a 48hr testing procedure, this was on the 15/3/13 Till this day i still have no idea whats going on, no feedback or communication at all. If i did not call in to find out on the 15th i would have no clue what so ever. Who knows were my freezer could be. I just want what i paid for. The unit now falls under the implied warranty 3 month repair rule My unit is still defective after the repair, please could i get a replacement or a refund ASAP
