On the 16th of February we made a purchase at Game Greenstone for R 899.00.
On the day their card system was not operating properly and they requested that we draw cash from the atm and pay in cash (which we did).
A few days later I noticed on my bank statements that the transaction had gone through on my debit card as well, so I contacted Game and they informed me that it was no problem and it would be reversed.
I have now sent them bank statements for the third time and had my Bank contact them to confirm that they have not refunded any money to me and still they are adamant that they have refunded the money
