We purchased a Samsung air conditioner from Hirsch and all ran well until the first service. The technician that did the service was surly and extremely slow as well as not arriving at the scheduled time. Then the fun started, the unit would cool the room but the temperature would get to warm before cooling again. Again we called Hirsch in as the unit was still under warranty. They could not get the unit working despite numerous call outs. The calibre of the technicians was also sub standard. Eventually they visited with a representative from Samsung who identified 3 parts that needed replacing and presented a report to Hirsch. Hirsch replaced one part and the air conditioner still does not work. I have requested the report from Samsung and a report from Hirsch as to what they replaced- NEITHER ARE FORTHCOMING.
