I'm going to give this is point format as this description doesn't take to many words.

Day 1 (04/09/2013) : Phoned Hirsch's Centurion reported my fridge/freezer not working (Compressor faulty) - Call placed with Seosen. Hirsch's will phone me back same day.

Day 2 (05/09/2013) : After receiving no call back from Hirsch's Centurion, I phoned again only to find out call was never logged. Logged call again can use my phone number as reference number - Call logged with Jade. Hirsch's will phone me. Phoned me to say they will do a call out on Friday.

Day 3 (06/09/2013): After 3 PM and haven't received any service or repair on my fridge no visit to my house as well. Phone head office - Sharon apologized and ensured me someone will come look at my fridge Saturday morning.

Day 4 (07/09/2013): 12 PM phoned Sharon to say that no one has been at my house. She made urgent calls and gave feedback later. 3:20 PM tech was there only to tell me the compressor is faulty what I said the first time logging the call - Left my house - fridge still broken. Phoned Sharon again she said a loan fridge will be delivered same day.

Day 4 - 2013/09/09 : No loan fridge and still have a broken fridge.
