Without a fridge/freezer unit for 5 months

Since December 2012, I have trouble exchanging a faulty Samsung side x side refrigerator/freezer unit. Keletso promised that the exchange would take place in March 2013, it is now May and we get no response from him. Being without a fridge/freezer since December is not acceptable. My ref no is 7111741436.
