I bought a samsung side by side fridge freezer 3 years ago (model: RS21HDTTS). After few months its start to freeze up and to solve tis i every time had to un freeze it (switch off for few hours). After many calls and 2 technicians visits samsung replaced it. Great. Now 2 years with the 'new' fridge/freezer it just stopped working. i phoned samsungs helpline but for them its only .. Sorry its out of the 2 years warranty. I think its un acceptable and bad for a product that cost me R 10 000. The serial nr is D0604BS600093P. How can i trust this product again?
