Over two weeks ago i bought an upright fridge and freezer in the SMEG range.upon switching on the freezer, i found a very strange noise coming from the freezer. immediatel;y, i called hirsch's and was informed that owen would take care of my query.i have been calling hirsch's every day and owen (and his manager Maureen) have a don't care attitude and i am constantly being told that he is:- busy with a client, he will return my calls (he NEVER did), he will call smeg, smeg are closed, smeg will contact me, etc, etc.
the at HIRSCH'S have proven that they will NEVER provide customer service and their aim and business mission is to COAX innocent VICTIMS (not clients) into seperating with their hard earned cash FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS and then THE CUSTOMERS!!! it seems that the goal of HIRSCH'S is to ROB UNKNOWING CLIENTS at any cost and once they have your money.. to with their problems!!!
