My fridge packed up whilst I was on leave at the coast. I phoned Hirch's for prices & was told by Gertrude that they were having a sale on all items on the floor. She told me that additional discount was being offered on specific items during the sales period on specific days. Upon our arrival on the 22nd March I asked for Jenny as she had previously assisted me with my Samsung washing machine lid. She took us around the show room & gave us product specific information & advice. We then chose the side x side Samsung fridge / freezer. There was no freezer in stock but seeing as my freezer was still working the fridge was the most needed. This was delivered the next day, at the time given to us by the sales man. Wimpie was told he would be contacted re delivery date for freezer. On Tuesday the 26th he was phoned & told "We are here at your gate to deliver the freezer". Now that is not only efficient but speedy as well. I am now hooked on Hirch's Strubens Valley = Already eyed a dining room set
