Homemark
Deduction without consent

Mrs. Mabanga received a telemarketing call while at work, Nandipha was the person that called her. She talked on while Mrs. Mabanga mentioned very well that she can't talk because she is doing rounds with the doctor. And then she marketed on the product while Mrs. Mabanga told her that she doesn't have money on her bank account. She (Mrs. Mabanga), told her (Nandipha) that she is not interested even in the product she was selling. Immediately after the call Mrs. Mabanga received an sms/in-contact that an amount of R1400.00 was deducted/debited from her account by Homemark. She tried to call Homemark but they only said they will be conducting an investigation by listening to the voice recordings, but up to date no response has been communicated. Kindly help!
