HOMEMARK MY MONEY

On Monday the 11th Feb 2013 i received a call from a sales consultant named Quemb to sell me the Tablet. i advised her that i am not interested at this time and emphatically told her not to debit my account without my authority. I even asked her if the call was recorded. Later in the day i received another call from a gentleman selling the same tablet. Again i told him that i am not interested and that they should not debit my account. He promised not to but a few minutes later i received an sms from my bank that my account was debited with R3160.00. I immediately contacted Homemark but have been given the run around by various people, even the Customer complaints manager named Lillian Matang. I have spoken to a Norma, Herman Kwele, Mr Shongwe, Gladys, Katy, to name a few. Everyone has promised to call me back but no one does. Homemark was quick to take my money without my authority and I am now struggling to get my money back. I have asked who Lillian Matang reports to and conveniently no one knows. I am totally disgusted with the way i have been treated by Homemark. I did not call them to buy anything, they called me and i declined.
