Last week i reported Homemark for being, and the promised to call on the day they received your communique, yet they never did up to this day. bellow is their response:
"Firstly I would like to apologise for the service Mrs Managa has received.
One of our customer service consultants will give you a call before the end of business day today to advise you about the turn around time. Please provide them with Mrs Mabanga's contact details and/or order/reference number. "
