I placed an order with Homemark last year, in December, and paid for the order using my credit card. The parcel was delivered and I was happy with it. About a month after that, I received a call from someone at Homemark who was promoting a product but I told him that was not interested. He then asked me to confirm my details and I did without thinking much of it. Soon after my conversation with him, money was deducted from my credit card account for an order I had supposedly placed. This happened again in February and in March. I returned all 3 parcels unopened and requested a refund. The three unauthorised transaction amount to a total of R7 997 that has yet to be paid into my account even after I was assured that it would by a lady named Gladys.
