On the 13 Dec 2012 at 8:30, HomeMark sold me a product telephonically and R1999.00 was deducted from my account, however I decided that I do not want the product. At 9:00 the same day (which is 1/2 hour later) I contacted HomeMark to request a refund as I could not afford the product.
To date I have called HomeMark several times requesting a refund. Every time I call I am informed that I will be contacted shortly to date no call. Wonder who's going to pay my phone bill.
I've spoken to the following people: Norton, Galdys, Baliwe and Bwari Bwari and still have not received my refund.
Please SOMEONE please return my MONEY or I will have no other option but to take LEGAL ACTION.
