I ordered a Homemark product in July 2012 - all fine. They then had my kt number. I received a call from Sibulelo- call center. I repeatedly said i'm not interested in the product. Within 10 min my Kt card was debited with R1999. I never received any goods, and struggled 3 weeks to be refunded.
1 Month later I received a call from Milandre. She told me it was a high performance steamer (curtains etc). The product that was delivered was not what i had in mind. I numerously called HOMEMARK. No response. I eventually took the product back to the Centurion branch on 13 Dec 2012 as we were leaving on holiday the next day. The branch manager signed for the product. I talked to Nitesh Subban from Head office that day, explaining my predicament. He said he will attend to the matter.

3 and a half months later NOTHING has been done, despite numerous phone calls and 3 mails to Nitesh Subban on which he responded that it will be sorted out. But NOTHING.
I still regularly get calls from HOMEMARK call center. I have NO trust in them.

I believe once they have your Credit Card number you are in serious trouble. Why do they have a return policy?
Please be careful with HOMEMARK!!!
