Appalling Shocking Service from Homemark Sandton

During Oct 2012 I received a call saying I would receive a free gift "because I am queen of Western Cape". Explained I didn't need or want free gift of waterless pots. R2697 was deducted from bank account (I had purchased goods in the past and my banking details must have been on record still.)
I did not authorise this debit. Homemark then debited me with a further R2999 and said they are sending another parcel (which I haven't received). Lilian Matang, manageress customer care was going to listen to the voice recordings and get back to me within 24 hrs, and I'm still waiting. Shocking service from Homemark - no authority to debit my account twice.
I have made numerous calls to the call centre. Last person I spoke to was Sibulelo three days ago.
If no refund done and pots collected, I will contact the Argus as well as Die Burger.
I will never deal with Homemark ever again.
