I visited your branch in Gatesville on Saturday 02nd February 2013, it was an extremely hot day and the store was packed at 9 o clock in the morning, I did my shopping which was a breeze but to my disappointment had to stand in the line for almost 25 minutes to get to the cashier. When i finally got there the ice cream that I bought has melted already and the cashier had to cash up my groceries and pack it himself! What a mission, I think Shoprite needs to beef up their service in their stores, else i will be doing my shopping somewhere else next month!
