On Saturday 24.8.2013 i was at the Shoprite store in Dobsonville Shopping Centre, never mind the long ques's its understandable. After standing in a long que for almost 35-40 minutes i got to till number 8, the lady politely told me that her swipe machine is not working, she advised that i go to till numbers 10.11 or 12 they would be able to assist me. I went up to number 11 at 15:40, the cashier there took no notice of me as she was talking to her friend (the packer) she murmed something and i didn't hear her (i thought she was still talking to her friend) a while later after i unpacked my groceries onto the till she tells me that her swipe machine is not working, I told her what the lady at number 8 said to me, she repeated what she said in an attitude. i asked for the managers name she ignored me. I left containing myself & what i wanted to say to her. The young cashiers at shoprite in dobsonville are full & are rude, please call your staff into order.
