Today, i went to buy a scale and fondue set that was on special for R199 each. She gave me the total that's just over R500. I told her that it can't be right because they are bboth on special for R199. She looked at me with disbelief and as if lying. Also seemed that she just wanted me to pay because that is the system price.
I can understand that they don't know all the specials by heart but it's not neccessary to make the customer feel that they are trying their luck whilst the rice s actually lwer.
