Sasko White bread has gaps in middle of loaf

Bought one of your white breads from Palm court spar.

3 slices down I found a few mangled slices, crust is intact but middle part is missing altogether. One slice is missing a center, adjacent slice has a bulge. About 1/3 of product is unusable, rest is dubious but had to be used. Not withstanding not having enough bread for task at hand, had to go buy another, albany this time, no problems..

Not too impressed, slightly grossed out thinking how this could have happened.
