We went to checkers and came along a small air compressor/inflator with a big white (special) price stuck to the stack of boxes of R199. We decided to buy 2 of these and when we came to the Till, it was marked as R499. I then replied to inform them that the price said R199. They went to have a look and came back with the wite (special) card witch was stuck on the boxes and informed me 'it is wrong. Sorry, nothing we can do bout it" with a bad attitude!! I take it as very very bad customer relations and let me stand and feel like a complete at the till. I then went back to were I found the air (pump/compressor) and noticed there is a PTZ camera which will also indicate that the price was on that boxes!!
I take it that if the price was stuck on wrong, no problem, but also not my problem, but there is so many rack workers whose duty it is to look out for that kind of errors!! I also take is as very bad service that even the manager didn't want to take part in this matter.
This is utterly very bad service from Checkers!!! and will not support you if nothing is being done bout this matter!! You can go and look at the security footage.
