Today I went to pnp in Muizenberg and wanted to buy the Appletiser and Peartiser special where you buy 2x1.25l for R30. When I got to the till it scanned normal price. The manager was called and according to him the special was only on Peartiser which it is not I just double checked the specials again. THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST INCIDENT AT THIS STORE where the special price was not charged and I was charged normal price. The manager was not helpful and refused to go and check online or to sort anything else out. He was just standing there with his attitude and told me to buy it and if I realize I am wrong I can come and return it. I am back home now and just saw that I was right and I want to know how Pnp is going to compensate me. It is unacceptable to advertise things on your website and then that is not the price that we are charged in store. I will take this matter further since you are advertising specials on the website but the consumer is not getting the benefit in store. How many people do you catch out in store like this and they don't check the till or their slip. Bunch of frauds.
