Incorrect specials advertised & scanned

I have emailed [Email Removed] on at least 3 occasions with no response. I will now escalate to Hello Peter!
This morning (26/08) I especially went to your big family store (Somerset Mall) to do my shopping and found that so many of the specials were not on the shelves. It was rather disappointing. After asking a staff member they brought me stock from the back as I was after your razor & shaving cream special. I realise that there was a printing error in the pamphlet as a new special R199 for the shaving cream and 8 c Mach 3 blades and not R129 as advertised which is fine. I Nevertheless purchased both for the special price of R199 and only at home I realised that I was charged individually for both items. I could not check each item scanning as I had a whole trolley to unpack etc. Attached is my receipt showing the 2 items separately. I am not in a position to go down to Somerset Mall this week again hence emailing you. Please advise what should happen.
