Sorted out at last

After a very long five weeks of waiting for the very expensive 3/4 bed that we ordered, Hans at the branch organised a full refund and sorted out another bed for our son. He went out of his way to help and he wasn't even the person that sold us the original bed. The outcome of this dispute was amicably sorted out in our favour, thank you.
