Six weeks ago I asked Groupn SA for a refund to groupons I bought as I couldn't use the groupons because the salon closed down.
4 weeks ago I was told that the refund was made to my credit card.
It wasn't.
Groupon asked me for bank statements as proof that I wasn't refunded.
I provided it twice, but has yet not received a response or a refund.
I notice that I am one of many customers reporting to Hellopeter that Groupon is not refunding me as promised.
This is unacceptable.
I've send many emails and made many phone calls to Groupon's customer service and yet this has not been sorted out.
