Absa
Good service received

I used to be with Wesbank, but for this car I decided to apply for finance at Absa as well and maybe negotiate on the interest rate between the banks. Absa came back almost immediately with a great interest rate and they organised everything up to the point where I simply had to go in to a local branch and sign the contract.

Now there was some confusion at the call centre with regards to my finances and to get everything sorted at the last minute before signing the contract, but Nastassja went out of her way to get everything sorted and I signed yesterday without any issues.

This is my 5th car that I'm buying using finance and of the 5, this has probably been one of the easiest applications to get sorted.
