Damaged bed

I bought. a (restonic) bed from Lewis randburg for R5000 cash last year. I have recently started sleeping on it, and the springs are broken. And it makes a very very load and funny noise. I have lodged a complaint wit Lewis, its been two weeks and they still have not yet replaced the bed with a new one.
