Very Poor Service

I have been having endless problems with Cell C. I have been struggling since September 2012 to get my billing on my account sorted out with no luck at all. I'm on the phone with the call centre since September just to get my billing sorted out. The person that sold me the contract said that my monthly instalment will be R100 but they keep on double debiting me for an amount of R127 and when I call to enquire what the amount is for no one in the call centre can tell me what the amount is for and why they keep debiting me twice a month for the same amount. They keep on logging requests on the system and advising me that someone will get back to me but I have not received a single call from anyone at Cell C. I don't know what else to do or who to contact anymore. Personally this will be the last contract I ever take out with CELL C as their service is very poor. Hope to get this sorted out somehow sometime soon. I received an sms from a consultant at Cell C confirming my original contract but i was still debited for R127 on the 17th January 2013 after i received the sms to confirm what i was sold by the consultant.
