Two weeks - and still NO activation on Sim Swop!

I have been trying to activate my new sim micro card for 2 weeks!

9 April after waiting extremely long for someone to answer I sent an sms requesting assistance. On 10 April after again nobody answering sent an email. On 11 April at long last managed to get hold of someone and was told the activation was in process.

On 15 April I phoned and was told that my number was not on the system for activation but she could help me if I gave an alternate no. I'm a freelancer so my only no. is my cellphone number and I travel around so am not in a place every single day. On 18 April I sent a complaints note via Cell C's website. On Friday morning, I phoned again - and was promised that it would be all sorted out by that afternoon. When it wasn't sorted out by that afternoon I phoned again and after a couple of calls later, the services was stopped on my old phone. BUT the incorrect serial no. was on the system and so have been without a phone since Friday afternoon.

22 April, today I have spoken to about 5 people! And have phoned them twice when I'm at a place where they can phone me. And still no activation.

This is absolutely pathetic and I NEED THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!
