I am Beverly Appalsamy. I went to the Dip Spar in Port Shesptone. My 66 year old mum accompanied me. We went there specifically for the cheddar cheese thats is advertised on their sale pamphlet. As you know when you go into the grocery store, we found other items that were cheap. I asked the lady in the deli for the cheese. It wasnt readily cut or available. I waited for a bit, then I asked my mum to pay for what goods we do have in the basket. As we have no vehicle I asked her to wait for me just outside the door. I waited for approxmiately 20-25 minutes for the cheese to be found, cut and priced. The store is very neat and tidy, please make note of that. But they lack poorly in customer service. I did get a thank you for my patience. My mum wasnt very happy with me wasting time!!!
