I went into Avonwood Spar their home brand milk was on special with big boards up to indicate the price R46.99, got to the till and noticed it scanned something like R59.99 which was obviously the normal price, I inquired with the cashier which agreed with me that it was one of the sale items not only in the store but nation wide.
She then requested a l staff member in front which I believe was a controller to rectify the error, this member of staff was busy having a conversation with a colleague and couldn't care less that I was standing and waiting. I went up to them asking for assistance but they weren't interested.
Another staff member eventually came after about 5 minutes to rectify the price to R47.99 which was still wrong but i just left it, another staff member took down my details and said that the matter will be seen to. I am still awaiting a call.
I don't think retail staff realize the importance of good customer service, here is some advise teach your staff this
