Two of my subjects were cancelled without notice!!

Good morning. I am Beverly Appalsamy. I paid an amount of 2500 for three subjects on the 8/12/2012.I am aware that amount will cover two subjects .and i will owe a balance for the third subject.1210 1180=2390.1210 1210=2420.So how does one actually determine which subjects get cancelled.bearing in mind this is not a free service. We as students are paying for it. Please investigate this as I am clueless as to how this can happen.when I already have paid in advance for the two subjects.

Please assist me.
