On the 15/06/2013 I was at the Westgate branch. First I was refer to the cigerate counter for payment. My put my stuff on the counter, when he stepped back a lady jumped in front of me. Looking at her and request for me to stand at the till to pay. At that time the cashier was all ready packing my items in the bag. I found me cheese still laying on the countrer. I then took the cheese and dropped it on my bag. The lady in the que then asked the cashier if she had ring the cheese becouse I put the cheese in my bag, not knowning that I understood what they were talking about. I request to see the store manager which never came to the counter. It did not stop there. I found out that the lady that done such a great job was a cleaner and insisted that I the cheese. One lady came the counter and request this wonderfull cleaner to keep quite which her ahnds and voice was very loud. I got very upset and asked that all my items should be check becouse I just R24.99 cheese. The asked the sercirity lady wheater I ahve paid for all my stuff. REALLY GAME??? I wonder what will RCS say about this.
