Went to this store to buy a couple of items one of which was cheese. All 5 packs of Lancewood 250g cheddar cheese had mould on them. Looked at 450g packs no price any where. The store manager asked a staff member to find the price and then find me in store. I carried on shopping the next two items I looked for also no price on the shelves (Egg Timer and square Addis plastic container). Then I noticed that my basket had a broken handle. I went back to where the baskets are kept and asked the staff member where the broken baskets go. She took the basket back and put it back on the pile. I then asked for the store manager and asked him what is going on in the store? No prices on many items and the staff that put broken baskets back on the pile for the next customer to pick up. This store needs a wake up. I went to checkers instead. So much for redeeming my birthday smart shopper points...
